Graduated with a DESS in Law and Practice of Labor Relations from the University of Montpellier, Alain David POTHET has developed during his thirty years of practice a unique expertise in litigation of all kinds in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
He has held numerous ordinal positions as Member and Treasurer of the Council of the Draguignan Bar Association, President and Treasurer of CARPA, and member of the Regional Disciplinary Council.
His commitment extends beyond the professional world as he gets involved in local social and charitable activities. He is also a certified marathon runner and diver.
Graduated with a DEA in Fundamental Private Law from the University of Montpellier, Emmanuelle POTHET has received numerous distinctions including: Laureate of the Faculty of Law of Montpellier, Laureate of the prize from the Chambre des Bailiffs de l'Hérault and Laureate of the price of the city of Montpellier.

Originally from Saint-Tropez, Joseph-André obtained a Bachelor in Commerce, specializing in Finance from McGill University in Montreal. He continued his studies in law by obtaining a Master II in Fundamental Private Law at the University of Paris Nanterre before joining the law school within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Versailles. After having trained in several Parisian firms, he joined Cabinet Pothet in order to pursue the general practice developed there.
